Data/Information Held About You
When you reach out through my website, I collect personal details like your name, email, and phone number to address your inquiry. Your information is solely used for this purpose. After responding, I delete your data, unless you become a client, in which case it's securely stored as agreed during our Initial Meeting. When scheduling an Initial Meeting or ongoing session, I may retain records concerning appointment dates and times, as well as payment details. Additional information is handled with the highest confidentiality. It will not be shared with anyone without your consent, unless mandated by law or if there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others.

How The Information Is Used

I maintain these records to provide professional therapy and ensure the best possible service for you. Your information is strictly used for therapy purposes and referrals, treated with absolute confidentiality. I will not share it with anyone without your consent unless required by law or in cases of serious safety concern, where your well-being is my top priority.

How The Information Is Stored
The information is securely stored to prevent unauthorised access, and I follow strict procedures to protect the data I collect.

Duration Of Information Retention
I must retain your information for at least 7 years after your last therapy session. After this period, electronic records will be deleted, and paper records will be securely destroyed through shredding or burning.

Contact Protocol

I may reach out to you when necessary, such as sending appointment reminders, providing requested information, or responding to your messages via our website's contact form, email, or text. I may also check in with you if you've missed a session or haven't been in touch to ensure your safety or discuss continuing therapy.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request the erasure of your records. However, it's important to note that I may need to retain essential information to fulfil my professional obligations. If you opt out of having records and information kept about you, it may impact my ability to provide therapy effectively. Details of your rights can be found on this website
