  • How  do I refer myself to one of your services?
    Feel free to use the form on the Services & Bookings page or send me an email to book an Initial Meeting. Kindly indicate if you prefer your sessions to be online or in person.
    Please note that the day and time you choose for the Initial Meeting will also be used for all following sessions.


    I will get back to you as soon as I can via email to let you know if I have availability to see you. If I do, I'll provide instructions on how to confirm your booking. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder for any confirmation e-mail. 

    We will organise our next appointment at the end of the Initial Meeting, should you wish to continue our sessions together.

  • How long and often are appointments?
    Each session lasts for 50 minutes and is ideally held on the same day and time each week to maintain consistency in the therapeutic process. However, I also welcome fortnightly sessions.

  • How many sessions will I need? 
    ​The amount of sessions you will need varies based on what you wish to work on. You do not need to commit to a specific number right away. We can regularly check in with you during your therapy to adjust the number of sessions according to your needs and preferences.

  • What happens in our sessions?
    In our Initial Meeting, we will explore your current concerns and symptoms, as well as, your desired outcomes or goals for therapy. The initial appointment offers an opportunity for us to connect and determine if working together feels right for you.

    During your therapy sessions, we examine your current circumstances, thoughts, feelings and behaviours to better understand their impact on each other. Together we will develop a plan that fits with what you hope to achieve. Work in between sessions is typically included to foster meaningful progress. 

  • What are your prices? 
    The Initial Meeting cost £40.
    Each therapy session cost £50. 

    Concession rate is available for those on low income or students. Each session cost £35.
    Please note that availability for the concession rate is limited.

  • How do I pay?
    Payments are done via a payment link or bank transfer.​
    Further information will be provided in your confirmation email.
     

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    ​I recognise that unexpected things come up, so if you need to Cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges. You can do this by either sending me an e-mail, text or leaving a voice message. 

    ​Unfortunately, missed or late-cancelled sessions will result in the full fee.
    By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to abide by the cancellation policy.
