My name is Lovisa Tidblom

My background in psychology, counselling skills, various therapeutic approaches, and neurodiversity has equipped me with a deep understanding of how to support individuals in discovering more about themselves. I provide a warm and open-minded space where you can comfortably explore your experiences, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

I am a registered member of Scotland's professional body for counselling and psychotherapy (COSCA), ensuring that my practice aligns with their code of ethics and upholds professional standards.
